A full day's worth of sightseeing and delicious seafood awaits with this Tasmania seafood cruise from Hobart including fresh rock lobster, oysters, abalone and more! Departing from Hobart at 9am, you'll head out on the water for a full day adventure that will have seafood lovers in their element as you are taken out on the open water to the coast of Bruny Island, where youβll pull oysters from the pristine water and see your guide dive for sea urchins and abalone in preparation for some quality dining later in the day. At the island's southern end, the crew will drop anchor in a calm and beautiful bay where the catch is prepared on board and you'll be able to enjoy the dayβs catch along with a selection of local wine and boutique beer to wash it all down with.
Combining sightseeing, dining and some great photo opportunities along both Bruny Island and the scenic Derwent River, it's the ultimate day out for those who want to enjoy the famously tasty fruits of the seas surrounding Tasmania. Tours are limited to a maximum of 12 guests as they depart from the Hobart Waterfront. Daily departure time from Hobart will be 9.30am, returning at 5pm, except for Saturdays. On Saturdays the cruise will depart Hobart at 10.00am, returning at 5.30pm. This enables guests to visit Salamanca Market in the morning if you wish.

- 9.45am - Tasmanian seafood journey - Visit Tassal salmon site - Gather oysters, sea urchin and abalone
- 1.30pm - Drop anchor in the calm waters of a sheltered bay and enjoy a gourmet lunch of seafood, local produce, wine, boutique beer, cider and organic juices
- 3.30pm Depart Bruny Island
- 4.30pm - Arrive back in Hobart
