This is the highest parasail experience on the Gold Coast and flyers will be up in the air for approximately 8 minutes. You can fly solo or grab some friends and book in a tandem or triple parasail. • Minimum age for Parasail is 8 years accompanied by a paying adult
• Minimum age is 12 years to fly Tandem or Triple
• Solo Flight minimum weight 65kg, maximum weight 135kg
• Tandem Flight minimum weight 65kg, maximum weight 200kg
• Triple Flight minimum weight 75kg, maximum weight 200kg
• For health and safety reasons, participants cannot be pregnant or have serious back or neck injuries

Terms And Conditions

• Must be eight years or older and accompanied by an adult if under 18
• Minimum total weight is 65kg; maximum is 200kg
• No pregnant women, back injuries, heart or medical conditions
• Participants are required to sign waiver
• Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Valid photo ID and credit/debit card used for payment are required upon checkin
• Due to the increase in diesel prices we have had to introduce a small fuel surcharge. This is $2.50 AUD per person payable at check-in. This is not included in red ballon's pricing.

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
