• Please allow extra time, and print out the confirmation prior to attending your first park
• Must be used within seven consecutive days from and including your first visit
• Rides and attractions are subject to change to enable maintenance
• Queue lines may close earlier to allow attractions to finish in line with park closing times
• Please note this pass is non transferable to another guest
• This ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Children aged two and under are free of charge to enter the theme parks
• Children from three years and above require a ticket
• One free entry is permitted for a guest with a Companion Card who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket, please visit a ticketing counter
• One discounted entry is permitted for a guest with a Carers Card who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket, please visit a ticketing counter
• Glassware, sharp knives and implements may not be brought into the park
• Guests with special dietary requirements, infants, babies and pre booked education groups are permitted to bring food, beverage, eskies and coolers
• Food, beverage, eskies and coolers may not be brought into Movie World, Paradise Country or Sea World

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• No cancellations or refunds
