• Sea World operates from 1.30pm to 5pm on ANZAC Day, 25 April
• Some rides and attractions may close for maintenance or during inclement weather, and queue lines may close earlier so attractions finish by park closing time

• In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
• Companion Card holders receive one free entry for a participant needing special assistance, with a valid entry ticket, issued at a staffed ticketing counter at each park

• Glassware, sharp implements, food, drinks, eskies and coolers may not be brought into the theme parks
• Participants with allergies, infants and pre booked education groups are exempt from the outside food policy; fruit and bottled water are permitted

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
