Time

• Pick up between 3.50 and 4.30am, varying seasonally and with your location and concludes between 9.45 and 10.30am.

Duration

• The hot air balloon flight is 40 minutes to one hour in duration, depending on the winds.

Departure Location

• This experience includes pick up from accommodation in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach or meet at Nerang or Canungra. Please advise your address at the time of booking.

Terms And Conditions

• Children three years and over are permitted to fly and need to have a ticket
• Children up to the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the balloon flight
• Children 13 to 17 years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the rest of the tour, including bus transfers
• Passengers flying must be able to climb into the basket unaided
• Please note the side of the basket is approximately 1.2 metres high with two footholds for passengers to use like a ladder
• The experience provider will not carry passengers who have participated in a scuba dive the night before their balloon flight
• The experience provider will not carry pregnant passengers
• Passengers with medical conditions should check their suitability to fly prior to booking
• The experience provider recommends that disabled persons seek medical advice before participating
• Passengers will not be permitted to fly if their judgement is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicine
• Please note the duration of the flight depends on the winds
• In the case of windy, wet or foggy weather the flight may be cancelled at the pilot's discretion
• Let the experience provider know if you require weather information prior to the balloon ride

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
