Seaford North Reserve near Frankston has a great fenced playground with heaps of awesome play equipment, mainly for smaller kids but some for older kids too, like:

Accessibility
There is flat concrete path around the playground and near the BBQ and picnic tables. However, the floor near the play equipment is loose cork which is not wheelchair friendly.
