• The supplier will confirm the time of the flight the night before
• Pregnant women are not allowed to fly
• Passengers over 130kg are encouraged to contact the supplier for personalised booking support
• Spectators are welcome to come, and watch take-off and landing as long as they can travel independently to the launch and landing sites, please contact the provider
• In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
