• Please note this is not a private charter; experience may accommodate up to eight passengers in total

• Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
• Participants are expected to behave safely and respectfully at all times
• BYO alcohol permitted
• Minimum of two and a maximum of eight participants
• In extreme weather conditions, the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern; you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
