What To Bring

• Clothing appropriate for the weather conditions on the day
• A jumper or jacket is recommended during winter months
• A small backpack and water bottle

Terms And Conditions

• Bookings are essential
• Minimum height is 120 centimetres
• Maximum of 10 participants per group
• Previous bike riding experience is necessary, participants should be able to ride a bike without assistance
• The electric bikes do not accommodate carrying water bottles
• In the event of loss or damage of provided equipment participants may be charged for the cost of replacement or repair
• Failure to return the equipment at the end of the experience will incur replacement cost
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying legal guardian

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
