Exclusions

Please note: • To allow for preparation time, bookings close at 8pm the night prior to the departure time of each tour. • There is no access to toilets on this remote tour. Your tour guide will take you to facilities before the tour starts and once the tour ends. • This tour is weather dependent, particularly during the wet season (between December and March). Tour itinerary can vary due to weather and tidal conditions.)

Departure Location

This experience departs from Magnetic Island Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal, Nelly Bay, QLD 4819. MI Ride will pick you up from the courtesy pick-up and drop-off bay just outside of the terminal.

Terms And Conditions

Your comfort and safety is our priority. In extreme weather conditions (or for foreseen circumstances), we may need to cancel a tour. If a scheduled tour is cancelled we will transfer your booking to another day, or you will be given a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

This is a remote area tour with no access to toilets, or fresh water, so if you are unwell, we request that you contact us as soon as possible on ‭0413 517 651, and we will offer you options of a refund or transfer your booking to a suitable date.

The following fees apply if there is a "no show" or if you give us minimal notice: Less than 24 hours notice or a "no show": You will be charged the full fare. Within 2 days/48 hours of your booked tour: A 20% fee may be deducted from your payment if seats cannot be resold.
