Terms And Conditions

• Please bring a valid ID if you intend to drive the jet ski
• Inform the operator of any pre-existing medical conditions before the tour
• Participants must have a basic level of fitness and be able to tread water while wearing a life jacket
• Maximum individual weight of 130kg
• Maximum combined weight for doubles (including riders and luggage) is 200kg
• Drivers must be at least 16 years old; participants under 18 require parent/guardian consent
• Minimum passenger age is eight years old
• All participants must understand English to follow safety briefings and operating instructions
• Limited onboard storage is available; bring only essentials
• The experience provider is not responsible for lost or damaged items
• In extreme weather conditions, the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern; you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
• If bringing a camera, ensure it is secured with a lanyard
• Non‑waterproof items are not recommended and are brought at your own risk

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
