• Minimum driver age is 16 years
• Minimum passenger age is seven years
• Participants must understand English
• Participants must demonstrate an average level of fitness and confidence, and be able to tread water while wearing a life jacket
• Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Maximum two riders per jet ski
• Maximum combined jet ski weight is 200kg including riders and luggage
• Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before the tour begins
• A practical competency skill test is conducted before the tour commences
• Experience provider reserves the right to terminate the tour if a participant demonstrates unsafe behaviour or incompetence
• Experience provider reserves the right to change the itinerary or tour times due to weather or operational factors
• A valid driver's licence or photo ID is required for all drivers *In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern; you will be contacted by the experience provider and rescheduled
