Terms And Conditions

• Children must be at least 12 years old and 130cm in height
• Persons who might be pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions, or have previous injuries that could cause risk to their health, should not travel on this experience
• All passengers are required to sign an Assumption of Risk document prior to travelling on the vessel
• Whale Guarantee - if no whales are seen on first cruise, a free return voucher is issued

• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
