Terms And Conditions

• No licence or experience necessary
• All participants must speak and understand English
• Minimum passenger age is 7 and height is at least 125cm tall
• Minimum driver age is 12 years old but must have a consenting adult on the ski with them
• 16 and 17 years olds can drive alone but require proof of age and parental consent must be signed at the marina on the day
• Participants must complete the safety induction, follow the guides' instructions and follow maritime law
• Participants must remain with the tour group
• In times when the weather conditions force the cancellation of a tour, a full refund will be offered if rescheduling is not possible

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
