Inclusions

• Our focus is to provide you an intimate experience on a small, personalized tour, with a maximum of 12 passengers. Our vessels are sure to provide you with an adventure ride in complete safety, meeting all stringent maritime standards. With your experienced skipper at the helm you're sure to come away with an unforgettable experience.
• Duration: 1.5 Hours tour (approx.) Safety brief delivered BEFORE the scheduled departure time. Please arrive 30 mins to allow time for checking waivers, fitting lifejackets & the safety brief. Guests may be excluded from the tour if you miss the safety brief.
• Light weight spray jackets or ponchos depending on weather conditions.

Exclusions

• Please be aware that each passenger must be medically fit, possess no back or neck problems and also must not be pregnant.
• Children over 7yrs old. Noosa Ocean Adventures is committed to the safety of each of their passengers. Each guest will be required to sign an indemnity waiver before boarding having a full understanding of the tour they have booked.
• The skipper has the right to exclude guests arriving late & missing the safety briefing.

Additional Information

• We recommend children be minimum of 7yrs old
• All participants must check in for 30 minutes prior to their tour start time
• Passengers must be medically fit, possess no neck and/or back problems and must not be pregnant to participate
• Tours are not suitable for those who have had injuries or surgery (knees, back or hips)
• Larger waves may be encountered; guest need to be able to 'ride' the waves' on jockey style seating
• Lifejackets are provided by the operator and must be worn by each passenger for the duration of the ride
• All safety equipment is supplied along with a safety briefing before departure
• Prior to departure passengers will be required to sign an indemnity form to confirm that they understand the safety briefing and sea conditions they may encounter & the tour they have booked
• The skipper has the right to refuse participation to any person due to safety reasons or missing the safety briefing
• Please be aware that guided tour times are subject to change due to weather and tidal conditions

Terms And Conditions

• Guests must be medically fit to participate
• Not suitable for individuals with back or neck problems, recent surgeries, or pregnancy
• Each guest must complete an indemnity waiver before the tour
• Skipper reserves the right to refuse any guest due to safety concerns
• Contact details (phone number and email) must be provided for updates *Late arrival or no-shows will not be offered any refunds or rebooking

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of Bookings received within 48 hours of departure date will be eligible for a 50% refund or credit.
• Any cancellations received within 24 hours of the departure date will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Booking Information

• Cancellation notice is required 24 hours prior to departure or 100% of fare is payable
• Late arrivals may be refused from the tour if the safety briefing has begun.
• Confirmation via email will be received at time of booking & then 24 hours prior to your departure date.
• For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details to be included on your tour voucher
• Times & Availability accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control e.g. tides/weather
• We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements
• Each guests will be required to sign a waiver, this will be included in your confirmation email or can be completed at the office before departure *Please arrive 30mins BEFORE your departure time in readiness for the safety brief.
