• A variety of nuts are used in all aviaries so if you have allergies please advise the provider prior to the tour
• Birds diets are very unique and complicated and for the birds' safety, they can not allow any kind of food into the aviary as their diets are carefully monitored

• Disability accessible toilets and parking are available
• Access to cafe, retail and aviaries are wheelchair-friendly
• Parts of the gardens may be a little challenging to access via wheelchair due to the steepness of the roads
