• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the experience
• Available daily every hour from 9am during the winter and 10am during the summer

Operating Hours

• 10am to 4pm during the winter session
• 9am to 5pm during the summer session

Duration

• Please allow 45 minutes for this experience
• The off roading portion of this experience is 15 minutes in duration

Terms And Conditions

• Minimum height of 1.2 metres and maximum height of 2 metres
• Children ages 10 to 15 years old can ride unaccompanied as long as a guardian on sight
• Children younger than 10 years old must ride with a guardian over the age of 16 years old
• Guardian consent is required for participants under 16 years old
• A minimum of four participants is needed for the experience to go ahead
• Child rates apply to participants 15 years old and under
• Participants with neck and back injuries should consult a physician prior to booking
• Please inform of any injuries at the time of booking
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women
• Not available Christmas Day and Boxing Day

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
