• Please allow 1 hour for this experience (this includes 15-20 minutes for training)

Departure Location

• The meeting point is the One Mile Powerhouse Car Park, near 130 Lake Esplanade. 1km from town, at the end of the Lake Esplanade, take the 3rd exit off the roundabout. Go up the dirt road into the car park area to meet your guide, who will arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled booking time. In Google Maps enter 'One Mile Powerhouse

What To Bring

• We recommend bringing an extra layer of clothing as it can be chilly. In Winter warm socks and shoes are recommended along with beanies, gloves and jackets. Segway on Q has spare gloves for those that need them

• There is a maximum of 8 people on this experience. A minimum of two people are required for booking
• Rescheduling within 24hrs of booking time may be accepted at operator's discretion
• Segway on Q operates in most weather conditions but if there's heavy rain or you are concerned about the conditions then please contact them 1hr before your booking time to discuss options
