Departure Location

• The meeting point is the One Mile Powerhouse Car Park, near 130 Lake Esplanade. 1km from town, at the end of the Lake Esplanade, take the 3rd exit off the roundabout. Go up the dirt road into the car park area to meet your guide, who will arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled booking time. In Google Maps enter 'One Mile Powerhouse

What To Bring

• We recommend bringing an extra layer of clothing as it can be chilly. In Winter warm socks and shoes are recommended along with beanies, gloves and jackets. Segway on Q has spare gloves for those that need them

• The price quoted is for one person. Tours operate with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people on the tour, plus your guide.
• Tours operate in most conditions. In event of heavy rain, please contact the provider at least one hour prior to your scheduled departure to discuss options.
• You will be required to sign a waiver on the day.

• Children are guided for the whole trip so parental supervision is not necessary
• The telescopic handlebars cater for different heights
• Participants should not have a medical condition which may endanger themselves or others
• Riders should be between 35-120kgs.

• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
