Raise your core body temperature in a Clearlight infrared sauna, which provides ultra-low electric and magnetic field (EMF) and extremely low frequency (ELF) infrared therapy for a more intense, revitalising sweat. Use the ice shower for a boost of circulation using contrast therapy, before settling in for a luxurious soak. Bathe in a scenic outdoor spa pool with room for up to eight people, as you take in the tranquil views alongside Lake Wakatipu’s tranquil waters.

• Maximum of eight participants
• The use of alcohol, drugs, or medications prior to or during the sauna session may lead to unconsciousness
• Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should contact their physician prior to using the sauna
• Persons suffering from obesity or with a medical history of heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems, or diabetes should consult a physician prior to using the sauna
• Persons using medications should consult a physician before using the sauna, as some medications may induce drowsiness while others may affect heart rate, blood pressure, and circulation
• Massage treatments are subject to availability and are at an additional fee
• Glass bottles are not permitted in the spa area

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• $10 cancellation fee for shared sessions, per booking
• 50% cancellation fee for private sessions
