• Children are charged as guests under 18
• When booking as a family, you're welcome to include up to two children here (the third child can join you at no extra cost)
• The provider cannot accommodate guests under five years old
• Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Please don't add anything to the water. No salts or oils (cleaning charges may apply)
• The communal pool has a lift and safety harness
• Strictly no smoking or vaping
• Please keep your voices low and phones on silent
• Swimwear must be worn in all pools at all times
• No outside food or drinks allowed
• Please stay hydrated and take breaks when needed
• Please check with your doctor before booking if you have high fever, unstable or high blood pressure, heart disease or recent heart event, cancer or malignant conditions, circulatory, liver, or kidney disorders, or conditions with a risk of bleeding or infection
• If you're pregnant, the provider recommends checking in with your healthcare practitioner before your session

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
