Exclusions

Fishing Licence (Required): A valid fishing licence is mandatory for everyone fishing on board. Licences can be purchased online at Fish & Game NZ (https://fishandgame.eslltd.co.nz/shop). We recommend purchasing on the day of your trip, as they are non-refundable. Alternatively, licences are available for purchase on the boat before departure.

Alcohol: You're welcome to bring your own alcohol on board – we just ask that you enjoy responsibly so everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.

Time

• Available seven days a week at 8am
• In summer, between 1st December and 1st March, also available at 3pm
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure

• Frankton Marina is located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, just minutes from central Queenstown and the airport. Access via Sugar Lane, with parking nearby and clear signage guiding you to the boat ramp and waterfront. Easily reachable by car, taxi, or rideshare.

Terms And Conditions

• A fishing licence is required for this trip; this can be purchased onboard prior to departure
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by at least one paying adult
• Minimum of two participants required for this experience to operate
• You will be contacted 24 hours prior if minimum numbers have not been met
• No refund will be provided if the trip is cancelled due to unsafe or inappropriate customer behaviour
• This experience operates in most weather conditions; the cabin is dry and weather protected
• In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
• Private charters are available by booking all 6 spots; this ensures your group has exclusive use of the boat
• Locally made lunch is available at extra cost, please contact experience provider to add this

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel or reschedule for free up to 7 days before your trip.
• Within 7 days, bookings are non-refundable, and rescheduling costs $50.
• If your experience is cancelled due to weather or other issues, you will have the option to re-book or request a refund
