You'll take off over the beautiful Victorian wine region to soar over the countryside as the sun rises.  Just one hour drive from Melbourne CBD, your hot air ballooning adventure begins with a briefing by the pilot before you head to the launch site and, if you like, help prepare the balloon for flight. Thirty minutes later you'll be flying on the wind over the Australian countryside for about one hour. Enjoy spectacular views of the mountains, river, and rolling landscape below as the sun rises over Yarra Valley.

Duration

• You’ll fly for approximately one hour on your Yarra Valley hot air ballooning adventure.

What To Bring

• A warm not light jacket
• Comfortable layers of clothing
• Sturdy closed-toe shoes and warm socks. We will be walking on grass and parkland so heels are not acceptable. Your feet may get wet so bring a change of socks.
• During the winter season spare shoes is required to enter the restaurant
• A hat, cap or beanie. The burners radiate heat, so we recommend a hat, or a beanie in winter.
• Sunglasses
• Gloves in winter
• Camera

• Not suitable for those that are pregnant, wheelchair users or those recovering from recent surgery
• Minimum age is seven years

Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before flight departure - Flights may be rescheduled without fees. A cancellation fee of $150 per ticket will apply.
• Between 48 hours and 7 days before flight departure - A reschedule fee of $50 per person will apply. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of departure are non‑refundable.
• Within 48 hours of flight departure - No changes or refunds are permitted. Passengers are advised to arrange their own insurance for unforeseen circumstances, including illness.
• No Show - Flights will not be refunded or rescheduled if passengers cancel or fail to show up on the day of departure. No partial or full refunds will be issued, and bookings cannot be rescheduled. A replacement passenger may attend in your place, provided the Supplier is notified prior to the flight date.
