- 100% cancellation fee applies for tours cancelled within 48 hours of departure. when no notice is given.
- Changes to your booking, including change of date can be made up to 48 before departure free of charge providing availability. No changes can be made within 48 hours of departure; however, you can transfer your booking to another person, and we must be advised of the name change.
- For Private Touring in Melbourne, a cancellation fee of 100% applies for a tour cancelled within 14 days of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Explore Australia by our supplier will be passed on.
