Itinerary
Time
- The tour duration is approximately 7 to 10 hours (seasonal) from pick up time to drop-off time
- Pick-up times are at 1:45 pm or 2:45 pm (seasonal)
- The tour returns to Melbourne at approximately 9:00 pm to 12:00 midnight (seasonal)

- This experience is approximately eight to 14 hours in duration, depending on the season.
Departure Location
This tour departs from the corner of Market and Flinders Streets, next to the Immigration Museum (400 Flinders Street). Please do not wait at or block the museum’s main entrance.
What To Bring
- Dress according to the weather (we recommend checking the weather app before your tour to pick the best outfit, but keep in mind that Melbourne's weather can be unpredictable. It’s a good idea to wear light clothing along with some warm layers just in case)
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Refillable water bottle
- Snacks (there will be meal stops, but feel free to bring your own if preferred)
- Power bank (there are no charging options on the bus or at many stops)
- Credit/debit card for any additional purchases

- Large bags, strollers, prams, baby capsules, luggage and walkers cannot be brought on board
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible
- The touring vehicles lack ramps, handrails or onboard storage space for mobility aids
- Flash photography is not permitted at the Penguin Parade due to animal welfare concerns.
Cancellation Policy
- You can change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience.
- No changes are allowed within 24 hours of the experience start time.
- Late arrivals or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your experience, with no refunds or rebooking options available.
- Please note that a “cancellation” also includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.
- All modifications (rebookings, cancellations, or refunds) must be made through the booking platform. The booking platform will inform the tour operator of any changes.

- Your pickup time may differ from the stated time on your voucher. The tour operator will contact you directly via email shortly after booking with your actual pickup time.
- All our tours are conducted in English however you can access tour information in other languages with the free Go West Tours App and your own headphones.
- Tour takes place rain or shine.
- Return time for the Penguins Express Tour: 21:00 to 24:00 (seasonal)
