Terms And Conditions

• Minimum age is eight years old
• Maximum weight limit is 120kg
• Average level of fitness required
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
• You must read and sign a disclaimer on the day of the experience to participate
• In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
• Minimum of six participants is needed for this experience to go ahead; you will be contacted by the experience provider and rescheduled if minimum numbers are not met
• Water levels are lower in summer, making paddling more technical and rapids easier, while winter and spring rains create higher flows and larger rapids

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• There are re-booking fees priced at $30pp if your booking is scheduled within 7 days of you contacting us, or $15pp if your booking is outside of the 7 day policy. Rebooking your session is entirely at our discretion. Rebooking fees are also applicable to under 16's
