What To Bring

• Please dress in comfortable layers
• Avoid restrictive and bulky clothing as the rental clothing is worn on top of your clothes
• Waterproof gloves can be purchased from on site retail stores
• A dry change of clothes

Terms And Conditions

• Children under eight years must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket
• Children under two years can access snow play only, with no clothing hire available
• Participant changes are allowed, please contact experience provider
• Spectators are permitted on the viewing deck, no ticket is required for the viewing deck
• Maximum of 300 participants, lower capacities may apply depending on snow cover
• The snow play area is accessed by stairs and is not wheelchair accessible
• Rescheduling available at the discretion of the experience provider and at an additional fee, with a minimum of 48 hours notice required

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• This experience is strictly non refundable
