• Minimum of two and a maximum of four participants
• Minimum age is three years old
• Children must be 12+ years to hand-feed rays
• Souvenir gift will be substituted for children under 12
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Children cannot attend this tour without a guardian present
• Please do not make loud noises
• Please do not touch the animals or the contents of their enclosure
• Lifts, escalators and accessible toilets are available throughout the attraction
• If you are unable to walk onto the viewing deck for the Turtle Hospital, you can still see the turtles in the tank through a viewing window
• Wheelchair or pram is accessible for a self-guided walk, but not for behind-the-scenes tour
• Companion Cards are not accepted for this experience
