• This experience takes place at Lot 2, McGregor Road, Smithfield, QLD 4878.

• Secure shoes, such as trainers (barefoot also permitted)

Terms And Conditions

• Participants are required to sign a waiver prior to the experience
• Once your experience is confirmed, any changes are at the discretion of the experience provider
• This is a wet-weather-friendly activity; however, the experience provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at any time if weather conditions are deemed unsafe
• A maximum of three participants permitted on the giant swing at any one time
• Minimum weight for a solo giant swing is 55kg, maximum weight per person is 150kg, with a maximum combined weight of 200kg
• No set age limits; however, participants must weigh over 25kg and be able to fit safely into the harness
• Cairns City and Northern Beaches transfers are subject to availability; please book in advance

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Booking Information

• A booking confirmation will be sent to your email. Present your voucher on your mobile device or as a printed copy on arrival. Reconfirm your Giant Swing time with Skypark at least 48 hours before your activity date. Transfers are available by request and must be arranged by contacting Skypark directly.
