• In the unlikely event that no whales are spotted, you will be offered a free return trip
• Please do not bring your own drinks; only drinks purchased onboard are permitted
• In the event of inclement weather, the supplier will contact you to reschedule
• Maximum of 28 participants

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
