• All activities must be completed on the day of the cruise
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
• Participants are given a 15-minute window in which to board and disembark the vessel
• In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
• Participants must be 18 years and over to consume any alcohol; photo ID may be required
• Participants are not permitted to carry liquor onto the vessel on arrival or from the vessel on disembarkation
• The vessel's route may change at the discretion of the captain to protect and maintain the safety of all onboard
• All participants are expected to comply with crew's directions and posted signage, those not in accordance will be asked to disembark
• Drug use and smoking is not permitted while on the vessel
• Participants must be able to navigate the vessel independently, without the help of assisting devices such as walkers and wheelchairs
• The experience provider is not liable for any personal belongings onboard or on the pontoon
• Participants will receive more details about the gondola and lunch upon boarding the cruise
