• Two guests are required for a flight to go ahead. The maximum the aircraft can carry is weight-dependent, but up to 7 passengers
• In the event of weather that is too poor to complete the scenic flight, there will be an attempt to reschedule with a time that works for you. If this is not possible, a full refund will be sent

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• Ayers Rock Scenic Flights reserve the right to cancel without refund any passengers more than 10% of their advised weights and which places the available aircraft beyond its maximum weight limits
• Please ensure correct weights are given when booking, and if you have any concerns, please call to discuss
• Any cancellations by the pilots due to weather or maintenance will receive a full refund
