Additional Information

• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a fare paying adult
• Minimum age – 8 years (with an adult attending)
• Children under 12 years must be in double kayak with an participant 13+ years old
• Tours are conducted in stable, very comfortable 2-person kayaks which are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience
• There are no toilets on site

Terms And Conditions

• Participant changes can be made up until 24 hours prior to the experience
• Minimum of two and a maximum of eight participants
• Minimum age is 8 years old, children 8 to 12 years must be accompanied in a kayak by someone aged 13+
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a fare paying adult
• Maximum weight 120kg - please contact our office for more information
• No experience necessary; the guides will help you with instruction, technical expertise and encouragement
• Due to the nature of this experience it may be subject to adverse weather conditions (i.e. high winds, etc.). Should the weather be deemed unsafe, the experience provider will contact you via email or SMS as soon as possible to reschedule your booking. If you do not receive a notification prior to your session, you may safely assume that your experience will be going ahead. Unfortunately, there may be some instances where bursts of extreme weather are not as forecast, which may result in the session being cancelled upon arrival

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
